Pay at NHS Lothian

Unlike London, where HCAS adds a location-based supplement to reflect higher living costs, NHS Scotland doesn't run an equivalent zoned scheme for Edinburgh or anywhere else. Pay at NHS Lothian is simply the applicable Scotland Agenda for Change rate for your band and point — there's no separate calculation to check for the city.
