Some guides on FrontlinePay are drafted with AI assistance from source material we provide (official pay circulars, pension regulations, HMRC guidance), then reviewed before publishing. AI is used to help structure and draft explanatory content — not to invent figures. Every number is checked against a primary source listed in our Source Policy.

In our tools

Our calculators (pay, pension, unsocial hours) run on deterministic formulas, not AI — the same inputs always produce the same output, and you can inspect the rules on each calculator's page.

Our AI Interview Coach (a FrontlinePay Pro feature) does use a large language model (Google Gemini) to give feedback on practice interview answers. This is clearly labelled wherever it appears, and it's designed to coach — not to write answers for you or to be used as a substitute for genuine interview preparation.

Human accountability
