1. What FrontlinePay is

FrontlinePay is an independent website providing free and paid calculators, guides and tools relating to NHS pay, pensions, rights and careers. We are not affiliated with NHS England, the Department of Health and Social Care, any NHS trust, professional regulator, or trade union.

2. Not financial, legal, tax or immigration advice

Every calculator and guide on FrontlinePay is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, pension or immigration advice. Figures are estimates. Before making a financial decision based on anything on this site, we'd strongly recommend checking your own payslip, your NHS Pensions Annual Benefit Statement, and — for anything material — speaking to a qualified, regulated adviser.

3. Accuracy

We work hard to keep figures accurate and current (see our Editorial Policy), but we don't guarantee completeness or accuracy, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on content on this site.

4. Paid tools, bundles and subscriptions

FrontlinePay's Pro features can be bought three ways, all processed via Stripe: a one-time unlock for a single tool (active for the period stated on that tool's page — anywhere from 90 days to 12 months, or with no expiry for a couple of tools), a bundle of several tools together as a single one-time payment, or a subscription (FrontlinePay Pro or the Career Toolkit, both billed quarterly, plus a Pro annual option) that stays active for as long as you keep paying. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. One-time unlocks, bundles and the Personalised Report are single, non-recurring payments with no ongoing charge.

5. Refunds

If a Pro purchase doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days for a resolution. Beyond that, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent FrontlinePay content as your own, and don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer our calculators or AI features.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
