1. What FrontlinePay is

FrontlinePay is an independent website providing free and paid calculators, guides and tools relating to NHS pay, pensions, rights and careers. We are not affiliated with NHS England, the Department of Health and Social Care, any NHS trust, professional regulator, or trade union.

2. Not financial, legal, tax or immigration advice

Every calculator and guide on FrontlinePay is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, pension or immigration advice. Figures are estimates. Before making a financial decision based on anything on this site, we'd strongly recommend checking your own payslip, your NHS Pensions Annual Benefit Statement, and — for anything material — speaking to a qualified, regulated adviser.

3. Accuracy

We work hard to keep figures accurate and current (see our Editorial Policy), but we don't guarantee completeness or accuracy, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on content on this site.

4. FrontlinePay Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. One-off purchases (such as the Personalised Report) are non-recurring, single payments.

5. Refunds

If a Pro purchase doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days for a resolution. Beyond that, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent FrontlinePay content as your own, and don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer our calculators or AI features.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
