This is a general privacy notice for FrontlinePay (frontlinepay.co.uk). It is not a substitute for formal legal advice, and we'd recommend having a solicitor review it before relying on it as your complete compliance position.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs (salary, band, age, etc.) are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers unless you explicitly save or email a result.
• Email address if you sign up to our newsletter, use a "notify me" feature, or contact us — stored in our Firebase/Firestore database.
• Account details (email, authentication identifiers) if you create a FrontlinePay account.
• Payment information if you purchase FrontlinePay Pro — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data via Google Analytics (page views, approximate location, device type) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To provide the service you've asked for (calculators, account access, Pro features), to send the emails you've opted into, to respond to enquiries, and to understand and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd) — hosting, authentication and database.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.
• Stripe — payment processing for FrontlinePay Pro.
• Google Gemini — if you use the AI Interview Coach, your practice answer text is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate feedback.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via our contact form. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
